Principle Three: Be Present

With your Self Belief now high and your Heart open to the world, the next Principle to master is that of Being Present to the moment.

Our brains are always rushing off in different directions concerned about what may happen in the future or mulling over what has happened in the past. But if part of you is in the future and part of you is in the past you are not being as powerful as you could be right here right now.

The place where matter and spirit connect is in the present and this is the only time when you have a chance to influence the world - as such it is the point of power.

So the key question is "Can you train your mind to be present right here right now?"

Begin again by reading the Theory. Once you have done that your commitment this month is to do the Exercises in the Toolbox and then to spend thirty minutes every day on the core practice.

Core Practice

The core practice for this month is easy... Well kind of...Your commitment is to spend thirty minutes every day for the next 30 days doing the focus meditation detailed in the Toolbox. Now you can do this any way you like - 10 minutes in the morning + 5 during the day + 15 at night or 30 minutes straight.  The key is to make sure you actually do the 30 minutes total.

Remember it's only 30 minutes for 30 days - easy eh?
