Now that we have covered the eight principles of Self Mastery and the pathway to Self Mastery, this section moves on to the tools.

What can we do to help ourselves along the path?

For each of the eight principles I have put together a series of questions, affirmations, exercises, visualisations and meditations that may assist you to gain mastery.

Once you have a healthy level of self belief the next thing is to get out of your head. The true joys of life are experienced through the heart not through the head. Feelings give substance to life.

Opening your heart is about training yourself to become more sensitive to the messages that your heart is giving you and also to listen to them and act on them.

So there you are now with self belief and an open heart. Can you step into the universal point of power now? Can you be present?

Life is now, not the past or the future but right now.

The quickest way to change the world is to love the world exactly how it is right now. The quickest way to change yourself is to love who you are right now.

Finding your passion in life is key for being able to get into flow. Passion allows flow which allows expansion of the present moment.

Passion though is not just about wildly going wherever your whims take you.
